Order Inspection on Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery before making the payment. You may check the size, material, and overall condition of the item while the courier is present.

If the item is not suitable, you may refuse the order and return it immediately with the courier before completing the payment and only pay for the shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be returned in its original condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged

• The product is not returned in its original condition
